Start pulling all your backless tops and dresses out of your closet, because they are officially IN. Be it a gown or simple sari-blouse, backless attire is the trend. For me it’s kind of a different story.. before opting to go backless, I really need to hit the gym for a well-toned back. Exercises is the key to get a flawless back. Stretching, side crunches and squats help tone and shape it up. I know where I need to be this spring…hitting the gym for my sexy back!
